1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or using Smarters IPTV Pro: SPlayer (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App is — and is not

Smarters IPTV Pro is a media player. It allows you to load and play media playlists (such as Xtream Codes logins or M3U URLs) that you obtain yourself from third-party providers.

The App does not include, provide, host, sell, or promote any channels, streams, subscriptions, or media content of any kind. No content is bundled with the App, and NAIMI ACHRAF has no affiliation with any content provider.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the playlists you load into the App and for the content you access through them. You must ensure that your use of any content complies with the laws of your country and with the terms of your content provider.

You agree not to use the App to access content you are not legally entitled to view.

4. Purchases

The App is free to download. An optional one-time in-app purchase ("Lifetime Access") unlocks the full experience. Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account; refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Lifetime Access is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other Apple devices via Restore Purchases.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its branding are the property of NAIMI ACHRAF. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except where permitted by law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular playlist, stream, or provider will work with the App, since streams are operated by third parties outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAIMI ACHRAF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including issues caused by third-party content or providers.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
