By downloading, installing, or using the Smarters Pro IPTV application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Smarters Pro IPTV is an IPTV player application that allows users to stream their own IPTV playlists. The App supports various playlist formats including M3U, XStream Codes, and other standard IPTV formats.

Important: Smarters Pro IPTV is NOT an IPTV service provider. We do not provide, sell, or distribute any IPTV content, channels, or subscriptions. Users must provide their own IPTV playlists from third-party providers.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you access through the App
  • You will only use IPTV playlists that you have the legal right to access
  • You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for ensuring your IPTV subscription is legitimate and properly licensed

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Smarters Pro IPTV and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We are not responsible for any content accessed through the App, including any illegal, infringing, or objectionable content that may be available through third-party IPTV providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMARTERS PRO IPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7. Third-Party Content

The App may display content from third-party IPTV providers. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
