Privacy Policy

1. The short version

Smarters IPTV Pro is built to work without knowing who you are. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and your playlists stay on your device.

2. Playlist data stays local

The playlist details you add (server URLs, usernames, passwords, M3U links) are stored locally on your device and are used only to connect to the provider you chose. We do not upload, collect, or have access to your playlist credentials.

Deleting the App deletes this data from your device.

3. What we don't collect

We do not collect your viewing history, the content of your playlists, your location, or your contacts. We do not sell data to anyone — we have nothing to sell.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive anonymized transaction confirmations (so the App can unlock Lifetime Access) but never your payment details.

5. Third-party connections

When you add a playlist, the App connects directly from your device to the provider whose details you entered. That provider may see your IP address and standard connection metadata, as with any internet connection. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies — we have no relationship with them.

6. Diagnostics

The App may use Apple's standard, privacy-preserving crash reporting (as controlled by your device's Analytics & Improvements settings) to help us fix bugs. These reports contain no personal information.

7. Children

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date. Significant changes will be highlighted in the App's release notes.
